The forum informs its subscribers about the latest national and international case law, seminars, articles, bills and EU legislation,  concerning the patentability of software.

To keep track of recent decisions and legislation the forum needs the help of each subscriber. Everybody can publish an item either by copying the text into the corresponding input field or by inserting the hyperlink . The new item will be published after the provider of  the forum  has verified the content.

Depending on the number of new contributions  there will be a newsletter sent regularly. The corresponding menu items provide the possibility to subscribe  and unsubscribe the newsletter. 

The menu item Search allows a detailed queries in the database. A search without any specific parameter will list the recent news in all countries and languages.
